Come try out the new brush preset library of 100 mixed brushes for Bryce 6. Add a new terrain to your scene, open the terrain editor and start painting with your new brushes, it's that simple! On the promo images I added a bit of smoothing, gaussian edges and eroding after I painted the terrain. Try combining the different brushes, add filters, effects - the possibilities are nearly endless. Just play around a bit and you are ready for rendering some beautiful images. Please note that you need to have Bryce 6 to use these brushes. You can not use them with earlier Bryce versions
