These eagle scenes were animated with the first release of Poser 4. Therefore, the figure had to be locked before saving to prevent corrupted files. Therefore, before trying to change anything, the figure has to be unlocked : Go to "Figure" in the menu bar and uncheck "Lock Figure".

Although the eagle's wings aren't meant to be folded, they are still animated. All you eventually may have to do is touching up the rendered animation in a 2D program.
