The procedure works in poser:

1) Open a new scene, make the Ground inactive - Display - Guides - Ground Plane,
or move it away from the center of the stage.
2) For the normal map to a preview of complex materials, go to a process for rendering:
Display - Preview Drawing - SreeD Software
3) Load any model from the library.
4) give it the desired Mat poses
