If you didn't update to latest DazStudio the G8 Eyelash has to be loaded from Anatomy folder, then select it before applying eyelash morphs.

Mackenzie head and body was sculpted in zbrush so G3F body morphs and head morphs is not needed, but recommended for nails, eyes size and more muscular body.
