The pack is a collection of 35 psd layers that can be succesful used in your comercial or noncomercial packs, as you wish:-) You will get 20 eye makeup and 15 lips.
Just apply the makeup on your textures and you will like the result !

Makeups are made for a 3000x3000 resolution V4 head texture and placed on a blank sheet with the same resolution. When you will open the psd file in your graphic program, the layers will be made invisible and one over the other. Make sure to click the tiny box to the left of the layers so the open eye shows up. You can resize them as you think is better for your texture:-) You can even combine and change tones, paint on them, blur them... there are many posibilities:-)
