The Mini Apartment attempts to cram all of the contents in one view... almost! With it's lengthwise design you basically get a full idea of the apartment (with a bathroom and toilet nested to the sides). There's even a bit of room for a relaxing balcony which can be seen through the large windows. But of course, the idea is to have a compact design so it just contains:

A lounge/kitchen/dining area
Bedroom upstairs
Bathroom
Toilet
Balcony

Also includes preset cameras, a pre-lit file* for quick 'open-and-render' speediness, and scene builder to load the scene in parts to save resources.
